Artistic Director: Lain Avery

Lain has been dancing since she could walk and has a wealth of experience in all styles. She has trained and competed under many professionals here in the suburbs and in the city of Chicago with Joffrey Ballet and River North. In addition, she completed a bachelors degree in Psychology and competed with ISU and Columbia College dance. Since graduating Lain has continued teaching in different studios and dance teams and has competed with her students throughout Illinois at both regional and national levels.
After teaching for many years she is excited to begin directing RTDC and bring even more performances and opportunities to aspiring dancers!

Madeline  Kiesel

Madeline  Kiesel is from Hanover Park, Illinois. She began her professional training at Faubourg Ballet under Watmora Casey. Upon graduation, she attended Adelphi University for two years as a dance major. While in Long Island, Ms. Kiesel guested in Nutcracker with Eglevsky Ballet. In 2017 Ms. Kiesel accepted a position with Columbia Classical Ballet in Columbia, South Carolina under Radenko Pavlovich where she was able to dance roles in Cinderella and La Bayadere. She has spent the past two years as a member of the Ruth Page Civic Ballet Training Company. Ms. Kiesel enjoyed dancing roles including Marzipan in Nutcracker and roles from Raymonda. While at RPTC Ms. Kiesel also danced in Meetings Along the Edge choreographed by Venetia Stifler. Ms. Kiesel currently teaches at Faubourg Theatre. Additionally she holds a BA in business administration.

Madie Neely
Pre Ballet, Stretch, & Technique

Madie Neely is from Wheaton, Illinois. She has trained and competed in dance for many years. She has attended ballet schools such as Faubourg Ballet, and has been training with Mrs. Lain for six years.  In addition, she has been assistant teaching with Mrs. Lain since the start of this year. She is excited to incorporate more teaching into her résumé because she remembers the positive impacts her teachers have had on her.
